Direct marketing

We create both direct and database marketing programs for B2C and B2B audiences. We also integrate direct marketing programs with both traditional and interactive response channels. For example, we often use direct mail to drive web traffic and then provide custom landing sites that adapt to the customer, based on unique reservation codes. We consistently look for such opportunities to integrate digital media with traditional direct marketing as ways to reduce costs and improve impact.

Branding

Loyalty programs

Our objective is to develop and implement effective one-to-one initiatives that build customer loyalty while improving profitability for our clients. A recent CMA study determined that 72% of Canadians are enrolled in at least one loyalty program. Of those Canadians, 32% are enrolled in three or more loyalty programs. Our own studies have found that such programs do drive sales and ensure customer loyalty. It's also clear that loyal customers cost less, are less price sensitive and are more profitable.
